Ms. Anjelica

With over 14 years of experience, Ms. Anjelica trained directly under Grandmaster Lee (8th Dan Black Belt/Olympic Coach). She believes martial arts offers valuable lessons for everyone and enjoys teaching students of all ages, helping them grow in strength, confidence, and empowerment.Throughout her career, she has excelled in various regional and WT-sanctioned tournaments in sparring, poomsae, and board-breaking.

Ms. Anjelica currently holds a 3rd degree Dan Black Belt (Certified Kukkiwon). She is assisted in classes by Mrs. Lisa and Mr. Ayden who both hold a 2nd degree Dan Black Belt (Certified Kukkiwon).

Aiden Hish – 14 yrs+ experience in martial arts

Professor Don Kim

1st Degree Black Belt – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Professor Don Kim began his martial arts journey at the age of 5, training in Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, and Boxing. A pivotal moment in high school, when he was taken down and pinned by the captain of the varsity wrestling team, sparked his interest in grappling and led him to join the wrestling team himself.

After graduating, Don enlisted in the U.S. Army, where his formal training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) began. Following his military service, he continued training in BJJ while living in Chicago, eventually earning his blue belt. Driven to deepen his knowledge, Don moved to California to train under the legendary Saulo Ribeiro. In 2011, he opened Redlands Jiu Jitsu and officially became an affiliated instructor under Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu. In 2015, Don earned his black belt under Saulo Ribeiro. Professor Saulo earned his black belt in 1995 from Royler Gracie, the son and founder of Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Helio Gracie.

In 2017, Professor Don joined One Jiu Jitsu, affiliating with Professor Giva Santana. During this time, he developed one of the most successful youth competition teams in the region, with consistent Top 10 placements in the Jiu Jitsu World League tournament circuit.

In 2022, Don sold Redlands Jiu Jitsu and relocated with his family to Hamilton, Montana, to begin a new chapter as a Deputy with the Ravalli County Sheriff’s Office. His passion for teaching Jiu Jitsu continues today, as he volunteers as an instructor at World Tae Kwon Do.

With over 20 years of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu experience, Professor Don is known for his precise instruction, technical depth, and dedication to the art. His attention to detail and ability to convey complex techniques in an accessible way set him apart as an exceptional instructor and mentor.
